# How do I clear cache/cookies to fix errors?

## Sometimes issues like pages not loading, buttons not working, or login problems can be caused by your browser’s cache and cookies. Clearing them usually fixes the problem.

1. Open Chrome.
2. In the top-right corner, click the **three-dot menu (⋮)**.
3. Go to **Settings \> Privacy and Security \> Clear browsing data**.
4. Select **Cached images and files** and **Cookies and other site data**.
5. Choose **All time** for the time range.
6. Click **Clear data**.
7. Restart Chrome, then log back in to Matador AI.

1. Open Firefox.
2. Click the **menu button (≡)** in the top-right corner.
3. Select **Settings \> Privacy & Security**.
4. Scroll down to **Cookies and Site Data** and click **Clear Data**.
5. Check **Cookies and Site Data** and **Cached Web Content**.
6. Click **Clear**.
7. Restart Firefox and log back in to Matador AI.

1. Open Edge.
2. Click the **three-dot menu (⋮)** in the top-right corner.
3. Go to **Settings \> Privacy, Search, and Services**.
4. Under **Clear browsing data**, click **Choose what to clear**.
5. Select **Cookies and other site data** and **Cached images and files**.
6. Set **Time range** to **All time**.
7. Click **Clear now**.
8. Restart Edge and log in to Matador AI.

1. Open Safari.
2. In the top menu bar, click **Safari \> Preferences**.
3. Go to the **Privacy** tab.
4. Click **Manage Website Data**.
5. Select **Remove All** or choose specific sites.
6. Click **Remove Now**.
7. Note: On macOS Ventura (13) and later, the menu is Safari \> Settings instead of Safari \> Preferences.Quit Safari and reopen it, then log back in to Matador AI.
