Downloading the Matador Extension

  1. Visit the Extension Page:

  2. Choose Your Browser:

  3. Download the Extension:

    • Click on the appropriate link for your browser. You will be prompted to confirm the download. Click ‘Download the Extension’.
  4. Install the Extension:

    • Once downloaded, open the extensions menu in your browser.
    • Find ‘Matador’ in your list of downloaded extensions.
  5. Configure Settings:

    • Click on the Matador extension to customize its settings.
    • Choose which CRM you want to activate it on, adjust the position of the panel, and decide if you want to display a tab for unread messages.

Downloading the Matador Mobile App

Stay connected and responsive even when you're away from your desk by using the Matador mobile app. Here’s how to download it:

  1. Visit Your App Store:

    • Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
  2. Search for Matador:

    • Type ‘Matador AI’ into the search bar to find the app.
  3. Download and Install:

    • Select the app from the search results and click ‘Install’ to download it to your device.
  4. Open and Log In:

    • Once installed, open the app and log in with your Matador credentials to access all features and stay connected.

With the Matador mobile app, you can manage customer interactions, receive notifications, and maintain productivity from anywhere.
