How to initiate the CDK CRM integration with Matador

Step by step instructions to order the CDK CRM (formerly eLead CRM) integration with Matador

Here are the steps you need to follow to begin the integration process with Elead.

1. From the Fortellis website, click the Activate button from the left side column.
2. Login with your CDK account.
3. Confirm and place the order.
4. Click "Continue and Confirm Account Access." 

Potential issues:

1. If you are not seeing the order page on the CDK portal, this is likely because of permissions. Note that only some users have access to make those free orders in CDK. 
   
   In this case, you can contact the CDK Customer Success for eStore @  866-668-5394  option 8. You enter the CMF# to get queued for support. The dealer must enter their CMF first before selecting option 8. Otherwise, there is no option 8 without first entering CMF number. You would then be in contact with someone to look into permissions.
