Reactivating Your Access
If your access has been deactivated, you can request reactivation by following these steps:

Identify Your Account Information:
- Ensure you have your full name, the email address/phone number associated with your account and dealership name you prior worked in.

Submit a Reactivation Request:
- Contact technical support or your performance manager through the appropriate channel (email, support ticket) and provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Your email address/phone number
- Dealership you used to work for/Your employee used to work for
- Approval of GM
- Contact technical support or your performance manager through the appropriate channel (email, support ticket) and provide the following information:

Await Confirmation:
- You will be notified of your reactivation status within 1 to 5 business hours.
