Reactivating Your Access

If your access has been deactivated, you can request reactivation by following these steps:

  1. Identify Your Account Information:

    • Ensure you have your full name, the email address/phone number associated with your account and dealership name you prior worked in.
  2. Submit a Reactivation Request:

    • Contact technical support or your performance manager through the appropriate channel (email, support ticket) and provide the following information:
      • Your full name
      • Your email address/phone number
      • Dealership you used to work for/Your employee used to work for
      • Approval of GM
  3. Await Confirmation:

    • You will be notified of your reactivation status within 1 to 5 business hours.
