Enhancements to Messaging and Platform Experience

🤖 AI Messaging

AI Messaging is now available within sequences, allowing you to move beyond static templates.

Instead of sending the same message to every lead or customer, messages are dynamically created using available customer details and context. This helps ensure communication feels more natural, relevant, and personalized.

AI can also support follow ups, helping you stay consistent without manually managing each step of the conversation.

You remain in control of how AI is used, with the ability to enable or disable it as needed and pause specific AI actions when required.


📡 Flexible Campaign Sending

Campaigns are now more flexible and easier to manage.

Previously, broadcast messages were limited to 1,000 at a time. You can now upload larger contact lists and send messages over time.

You can control how many messages are sent each day, up to 1,000 per day, until your full list has been completed. This allows for better pacing and more consistent delivery.


🚀 Updated Platform Experience

Several updates have been made to improve usability across the platform.

The Settings page has been updated to bring organization and location settings into a single view, reducing the need to switch between sections.

Navigation has been simplified, and the Conversation view has been refined to make it easier to manage and review customer interactions.


📎 Email Attachments

You can now receive attachments sent by customers through email directly within conversations. This helps keep all communication in one place and makes it easier to review and respond without switching tools.
