Matador for Service 

A major upgrade to how service departments communicate. The AI now understands real service language, pulls live data, uses pre-trained service workflows and adapts to each store’s processes for faster, more accurate responses.


Video Library

Dealerships can now upload, organize and reuse video content in one central library. Each video includes performance metrics like send counts, clicks and watch time so teams can see what performs best.


Redesigned Matador Extension

A clean, faster interface with instant access to Templates, Appointments and Attachments the moment the extension opens. New sound alerts keep teams aware of activity even when multitasking.


Call Forwarding

Inbound calls can now be routed instantly to the right person. Dealers simply assign a destination number and Matador handles the rest, reducing missed opportunities and keeping customers connected.


Automations Library + Reporting Page

A rebuilt Automations Library lets dealers activate powerful workflows in seconds. The new reporting page gives full visibility into performance, engagement and time saved.


Opt Out Upload + Download

Dealers can upload a CSV of opted-out customers from any system and export a complete list of all opt outs at any time. This provides instant protection from accidental outreach and gives full transparency across every communication channel.
