Welcome to the Matador AI October 2024 release! This update includes several enhancements to streamline your workflow and improve customer interactions.
- Required Response Inbox
- With the Required Response Inbox, your AI assistant handles conversations, and when human input is needed, you get tagged. This inbox is designed to keep you focused on the messages that require your attention, making sure you always know where to jump in. To optimize your workflow, aim to keep this inbox at zero by responding quickly to flagged messages.
- New Branding: Logo & Colors
- We’ve refreshed Matador’s look! You’ll notice a sleek new logo and updated color scheme across the platform. These changes bring a modern touch to the interface, enhancing the visual experience while keeping everything you love about Matador the same.
- Faster & More Customizable Widgets
- We’ve improved the loading speed of mobile call-to-action (CTA) widgets, making them quicker to display on mobile devices. You can also now customize the colors of widget text, icons, and buttons to better align with your dealership’s branding.
- Smarter Compliance Management
- Our Broadcast campaigns now automatically exclude Do Not Call (DNC) numbers from your marketing lists, ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, we’ve added more control over scheduling to prevent messages from being sent during weekends or at times that might not suit your customers.
- Conversations Page Redesign
- We’ve redesigned the Conversations page to improve layout and usability. Key actions like replying, tagging, and switching between conversations are now more intuitive, helping you manage customer inquiries more efficiently.
Additional Enhancements
- Public API Enhancements: New options allow users to enable/disable webhooks and include dynamic tags in API-driven broadcasts for more personalized messaging.
- Localization Updates: Additional French localization for tooltips and configuration pages to better support multi-language users.
- Improved Drip Sequences: Fixed an issue where duplicate messages were being sent in Drip Sequences, ensuring only one message is delivered per sequence.
- ASK Consent Update: We’ve adjusted how consent statuses are handled to prevent automatic changes when a lead’s consent status is updated to “true.” Now, conversations with "Opted Out" status will remain unchanged unless the customer explicitly requests consent.
