      Enhanced Customization and Clarity - Release Notes 03/24

      We've rolled out several updates to make Matador more efficient and user-friendly.

      Here are the highlights of our latest update:

      1. AI Updates:

        1. Enhanced Superhuman AI: We've updated our Conversational AI, making it easier than ever to instantly generate engaging replies.
        2. AI Conversation Summary: Easily summarize entire conversations after every message.
        3. Expanded Character Limits: The character limits for General Instructions and Instructions To Human Expert, as well as Current Promotions, have been significantly increased allowing you to customize your AI even further.

      2. New Features

        1. 3rd Party Offers: Lead offer amounts are now available as dynamic tags in communications, providing a more personalized way to engage with leads.

      3. New Integrations

        1. Enhanced Compatibility and Customization: New CRM integration with Zoho, improved lead management, and more nuanced controls over AI bot triggers.
        2. Improved Integration and Automation: Various improvements have been made, including adjustments to CRM integrations and updated messaging for specific scenarios.

      4. Visual Updates

        1. Dropdown Enhancements: The organization and location dropdowns have been refined for smoother navigation and selection.
        2. Display Enhancements: Now, the offer amount is prominently displayed in the customer's additional information, providing key details at a glance.
        3. Terminology Updates: We've updated our terminology, changing "NPS" to CSI and AiBot to "Drip Sequence," for clearer understanding. Additionally, we've updated placeholder texts and renamed "Working Hours" to "Opening Hours."
        4. Matador Connect Widget: Now offers the option to include first and last names separately, personalizing interactions further.
