Notification Channels

  1. SMS Notifications: Receive updates directly to your mobile phone via SMS. This is useful for urgent alerts that you need to access quickly, even on the go.

  2. Email Notifications: Get notifications delivered to your email. Ideal for non-urgent notifications that can be archived and reviewed at your convenience.

  3. Push Notifications: Available only if you have the Matador mobile app installed on your device, push notifications provide real-time alerts about activities within the app. Download the mobile app


Types of Notifications

Matador AI offers five specific types of notifications to help you stay on top of your interactions and responsibilities:

  1. Unread Notifications: If a conversation remains unread for a predefined period, you will receive a notification. This time frame can be customized in your profile settings, allowing you to manage the urgency of different conversations.

  2. Unassigned Conversations: Receive alerts when a conversation is not assigned to any team member within a set period, which you can customize in your settings. This ensures that all customer interactions are promptly attended to.

  3. Assigned to a Conversation: You will be notified whenever you are assigned to a conversation. This helps in ensuring that you are aware of your responsibilities and can respond in a timely manner.

  4. Tagged in a Conversation: If you are tagged in a conversation by a colleague or Superhuman AI, you will receive an alert. This feature is particularly useful for sales to service handoffs where interactions from various team members are crucial.

  5. Payment Notifications: Receive notifications regarding completed payments through Matador.
